This strip of land in Woodburn, just a half hour south of Portland with views of Mt. Hood and the Oregon countryside, has been growing tulips since 1974. The Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm started in 1983 and first opened its fields for Easter weekend in 1985.
Now, fields are open for more than a month in the spring and the farm operation includes bulb orders, cut flowers, potted tulips, a gift shop, other plants, and all sorts of food and activities on weekends. The annual Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival is not to be missed!
