The Bloom Tour is in part a walking tour, part art show,  and part a way to support the retailers in Downtown and Old Town. Large-scale floral installations have been installed throughout Portland. Check them out at shops, restaurants, hotels, and even the Lan Su Chinese Garden. Participating retailers are also creating "Bloom Tour" promotions.
