Westward Whiskey's weeklong celebration of unique tartare and cocktail pairings across a handful of revered Portland dining destinations. From March 18 – 24, five restaurants will pair Westward Whiskey with the rich, savory and meaty flavors of a bespoke tartare offering. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each cocktail will support a charity of each restaurant’s choosing.
