As the latest installment of the Kann Cellar Series, an ongoing series of intimate dinners & tastings, giving guests a closer look into the people, places & stories behind the wines served at Kann, the evening will spotlight Hiyu Wine Farm with a five-course tasting menu inspired by Oregon’s Columbia River Gorge. Guests will enjoy Hiyu’s biodynamic wines alongside Kann’s seasonal cooking, with the evening offering a deeper look at the people, land and winemaking philosophy behind a producer whose wines are poured at Kann regularly.
