Are you intrigued by the idea of jalapeños in your sauvignon blanc? Do you secretly mix soda into your wine and hope no one will notice?

This weekend, before summer ends and everything gets serious again, Portland Wine Company is pouring the trendy, slightly shameful wine cocktails that are all the rage on the socials.
Come in for a flight or a glass that will simultaneously delight your inner child while horrifying the wine snobs in your life:
- Rosé Spritz – Because bubbles make everything better
- Friesling – Frozen riesling that’s basically wine slushie perfection
- Kalimotxo (cola and red wine) or Tinto de Verano (lemon-lime soda and red wine)
- Jalapeño Sauvignon Blanc — Spicy, crisp, and surprisingly addictive
- There will also be some special snacks to complement this existential wine crisis.
