Farm to Plate Dinners

Come solo. Celebrate a milestone. Or bring 40 of your closest friends. Join beneath the 500-year-old oak tree for a multi-course, family-style dinner shaped entirely by what’s growing on the farm that week. Surrounded by regenerative, no-spray fields, resident chefs Christian and Janelle Ephrem create thoughtful, seasonal menus that reflect the land—simple, beautiful food at its peak.

- Five-course, family-style dinner featuring two proteins (except 8/15 Vegetarian Dinner).
- Complimentary seasonal welcome drink
- A relaxed, adult evening with the farmers and chefs

Additionally, local wine by the glass or bottle, craft beer, cider, and non-alcoholic options are available for purchase.
Weather happens; if needed, dinner will be moved under high-peak tents on the Great Lawn, overlooking the berry fields, farm animals, and market. Same dinner. Same spirit.
