10th Annual Brazilian Carnaval Ball: A Decade of Light. Come to celebrate 10 years of Brazilian Carnaval in Portland.

After a year without Carnaval, be ready for the 9th Annual Brazilian Carnaval Ball in Portland.

This year will be celebrating the traditional BOI BUMBÁ, a celebration from the heart of north and northeast Brazil

• Bloco Alegria- High energy Rio Carnaval Drum Style Band, this community professional band will make you feel you are in Rio.
