Summertime Vibe: Wellness in the Sky

Portland’s only helipad wellness experience returns for the 3rd year in a row. For one morning only, Flow in the City transforms a helipad into a space for movement, music, food, and community, ten stories above the city. What started as a yoga class in the sky has grown into a cultural wellness experience that brings people together through intentional movement, curated flavors, and the kind of energy you can only feel when you’re surrounded by joy.
Power Flow | 8:30 a.m.: Power up your morning with a sweaty FLOW to Hip-Hop + R&B classics and new school favorites. Led by FLOW in the CITY’s signature all-levels style and powered by a live DJ set, this is the vibe that moves you from the inside out. Expect heat, deep breaths, and that feel-good stretch to top it off. After class, stay and enjoy a handcrafted mocktail and a mini serving of Pamana’s beloved pancakes (gf) topped with ube syrup and berries.
Poses and Pilates | 10:00 a.m.: Sculpt and strengthen your body through a dynamic mat pilates experience designed to challenge and empower. Expect deep core work, full-body strength, and yoga-inspired stretches, all set to a live DJ. After class, enjoy a handcrafted mocktail and a refreshing Filipino-inspired lunch experience curated by Pamana.
