Ghosts of Summer, Portland’s summertime festival for Halloween lovers, will return to The Redd in SE Portland. The event is set to fill an entire city block with artists, vendors, haunts, educators, and performers who are ready to escape the summer heat and celebrate the spirit of the coming season.

The weekend experience features:
