The following description was submitted by the event organizer.

Trans Town is Portland’s biggest Trans Day of Visibility celebration — a full day of trans joy, trans talent, and trans economic power.

One day. All of us. Let’s Bloom.

Shop from over 20 trans and queer vendors. Connect with community organizations and trans-affirming service providers. Find resources for healthcare, housing, legal support, and more. This is what trans economic power looks like: trans vendors earning income, trans community getting connected, trans people taking up space.

Free to attend. Donations at the door help make more events like this happen.

When the sun goes down, the real party starts.

Join an evening of food, drinks, comedy, live music, and storytelling celebrating the community. This is the main event — a night to dress up, show out, and raise funds for trans community care. Your ticket directly supports WERQ TOGETHER‘s year-round programs: peer support services, relocation assistance for folks fleeing hostile states, and the big dream — trans-owned affordable housing.

Sliding scale tickets available, including free options.

  • Score amazing prizes while supporting the cause. Raffle tickets available throughout the day—winners announced at the evening fundraiser.
  • Bid on experiences, local art and other cool stuff while supporting the cause. A Silent auction will be open throughout the day—winners announced at the evening fundraiser.
  • Purchase a ticket and select a wrapped bottle of wine — with some fancy bottles mixed in, you never know which one you’ll get.

Trans Town 2026 is designed with the whole community in mind.

Bringing together ASL interpreters, fresh air ventilation, accessible seating, gender-free restrooms, and free masks for anyone who wants one – because celebrating Trans Day of Visibility and connecting with community should be possible for everyone.

Trans Town is the annual celebration and fundraiser. Part marketplace, resource fair, live music, and full of community joy.

At the heart of everything is a simple belief: trans people deserve not just to survive, but to thrive. Werq exists to make that feel possible, powerful, and just a little more human.
