Opening Fire Show
Join the kickoff of the Portland Winter Light Festival’s 11th anniversary on Friday, February 6, at Pioneer Courthouse Square. Opening Night begins at 7:00 p.m. with a high-energy celebration that brings the city together through music, fire, and movement. The evening features a live musical performance by twin sisters Acoustic Minds, followed by a spectacular fire showcase with Tyler Spades, Pyromancers, Bright Heart Circus, and Fierce Fire Faerie. This is the moment the Festival comes alive—artists ignite the square, sparks fly, and thousands gather to share the same electric start to nine evenings of light-based art and experiences across Portland.
