This year’s theme — “A Legacy in Motion: Moving the Dream Forward” — is a call to the community, a reminder to be a keeper of this legacy — a collective responsibility to lift the next generation higher than the last.
Through drumming, spoken word, music, storytelling, education, and cultural expression, the community acknowledges its inherent beauty and the power of heritage. Expect an afternoon filled with dynamic performances, community voices, youth leadership, cultural showcases, vendors, and more, each piece woven together as an offering to the past and a promise to the future.
