Olympia Provisions is kicking off the holiday season with Dock the Halls, a festive indoor market launching on Small Business Saturday, and returning every Saturday through December 20. Inspired by traditional European holiday markets, Dock the Halls spotlights the talented artisans of Portland’s historic Central Eastside Maker Community, bringing together local producers, bakers, chocolatiers, distillers, and craftspeople in one warm, lively neighborhood gathering.
This year’s lineup includes:

- Ranger Chocolate
- Westward Whiskey
- Hot Mama Salsa
- Oyatsupan Bakery
- Buji Butter
- Smith Tea
- Portland Belt Company
- Sunflower Sake
Visitors can shop directly from makers, enjoy holiday treats, sip warm beverages, and explore special seasonal offerings. Additional festivities include:
- Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar
- Gingerbread house decorating
- Seasonal drinks and festive foods
- Christmas gifts
- On 12/20, there will be a Christmas cookie exchange
