Join Patrick Shendo, a tribal member of Taos and Jemez Pueblos in New Mexico, for a musical journey towards self-reflection.

Everyone moves with ancient rhythms. Minding the rhythms of human existence and blending them with nature’s rhythms helps keep one balanced. This time together will be guided by Indigenous song and flute, the didgeridoo, and percussion instruments to bring in pathways of restorative reflection.

This will include time in the sauna, as the heat and cold represent the elements of nature.
