Sound Bath Immersion

This immersion is your chance to set aside the external noise of your week and reset through the ancient tones of gongs, singing bowls, and other frequency-specific instruments, often used to support physical and emotional well-being. These implements work to reduce stress markers and physical tension, while allowing mental clarity and presence of mind to be within reach.
This gentle, accessible practice guides the mind and body into a meditative state, even for people who have struggled with traditional forms of meditation. The session offers a powerful opportunity to reconnect with your inner stillness. This is an inclusive space; no prior experience is needed, and all respectful beings are welcome.
