Gather your friends and join Untapped Trivia at Paydirt Bar every 1st and 3rd Monday for free bar trivia. Voted “Best Trivia Night” in PDX.

For over a decade, Paydirt has been a dedicated drinking establishment with a soft spot for whiskey, Fernet on draft, and serious cocktails (without being too serious about cocktails). We are nestled in the Zipper Building on 28th and Sandy, with four restaurant neighbors and plenty of seating both inside and on our spacious patio. Paydirt bar is from the same boozy bar folks who brought you The Old Gold, Tough Luck, Hi-Top Tavern, Holy Ghost, and The Last Rodeo.

No apps required. Untapped Trivia keeps it old school with pen and paper. Trivia is always free to play, with prizes for the top three teams. Enjoy a mix of general knowledge and rotating topics, along with delicious drinks, beer, tasty food, and more. Untapped Trivia formed as the brainchild of a few close friends with a passion for craft beer, cocktails, great food, and cozy pub interiors. Gathering, commingling, and quizzically entertaining Portlanders and visitors from near and far since 2016. Voted “Best Trivia” in Portland, Oregon, in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and nominated “Best Trivia” in Portland, Oregon, in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 in Willamette Week’s Best of Portland Readers Poll.
