Join the premiere of the seventh annual Fungi Film Fest at historic Cinema 21 and enjoy 16 short films celebrating the allure, impacts, and otherworldliness of mushrooms, lichens, and microfungi. Film topics and genres are as varied as the fungi themselves — with comedy, animation, sci-fi, drama, documentary, and experimental pieces filling the program. After each showing, audience members also enjoy a live Q&A with filmmakers, receive free streaming access to the Fest’s other three films, and get the opportunity to vote on the Audience Choice award.
