Café Rowan Presents: A Culinary Harmony

Café Rowan is unveiling a high-caliber visiting chef dinner series that will kick off on November 7. In celebration of Café Rowan’s five-year anniversary, the new series, Café Rowan Presents: A Culinary Harmony, will bring Michelin-starred and nationally celebrated chefs to Portland for exclusive two-night residencies at Café Rowan.
Each guest chef will collaborate with Chef Ivankoe to create one-of-a-kind menus that highlight their cuisine and expertise while harmonizing with Café Rowan’s own distinctive culinary perspective.
- November 7-8: Francie, Chef Chris Cipollone (NYC, Michelin Star)
- November 21-22: Clover Hill, Chef Sam Rogers (NYC, Michelin Star)
- December 19-20: Chef Matt Lightner, Portland (Michelin Star, formerly with Atera NYC + ōkta)
- January 18-19: Silver’s Omakase, Chef Lennon Silvers Lee (Santa Barbara, Michelin Star)
- January 30-31: Heritage, Chef Philip Pretty (Long Beach, Michelin Star / Green Star) and Bar Le Côte, Chef Brad Alan Mathews (Los Olivos)
- February 6-7: Cariño, Chef Norman Fenton (Chicago, Michelin Star, New York Times 50 Best in America 2025)
- February 28-March 1: Sepia / Proxi, Chef Andrew Zimmerman (Chicago, Michelin Star, 14x Michelin Star Winner, 5x James Beard Finalist, Bib Gourmand)
- March 6-7: Rooster & Owl / Ellie Bird, Chef Yuan Tang (Washington DC, Michelin Star, James Beard Semi Finalist)

- April 17-18: Margot, Chef Justin Fulton (Denver, Michelin Star)
- May 1-2: Beckon, Chef Duncan Holmes + Director of Experience Allison Holmes (Denver, Michelin Star, Michelin Service Award 2024)
- May 8-9: Ernest, Chef Brandon Rice (San Francisco, 2016 San Francisco Rising Star)
The dinners are priced by seating options (gratuity included): $125/person for dining room seats, $145/person for chef counter seats, and $115/person if purchasing a seat at all dinners in the series. Guests will have the option to add wine pairings for $65 and non-alcoholic pairings for $35. Café Rowan’s consulting beverage director and sommelier, Ron Acierto, will choose the wine and N/A pairings.
