The following description was submitted by the event organizer.

Join a distinctive evening of food and wine at Javelina in Portland, where Erath’s Head Winemaker, Leah Adint, will host an intimate dinner celebrating Oregon’s autumn harvest and Indigenous culinary traditions.

Javelina’s approach to dining honors the land and its original stewards through thoughtfully sourced ingredients and Indigenous-inspired techniques. This philosophy resonates with Erath’s dedication to crafting elegant, site-driven wines that reflect Oregon’s diverse terroir.

Guests will enjoy a four-course menu, inspired by the region’s seasonal bounty. Each dish will be paired with hand-selected Erath wines, chosen by Leah to highlight the foraged and seasonal elements of the meal. Throughout the evening, Leah will share stories behind each wine, insights into the winemaking process, and how each pairing brings Oregon’s flavors to life.

Your ticket includes the full pairing menu and the opportunity to purchase your favorite Erath wines during the event — including selections not typically available in retail.

Space is limited, so reserve your seat now for a night of storytelling, seasonal flavors, and exceptional Oregon wines.
