Join the Taste Test Challenge during Roux Week. A chef competition inspired by your favorite cooking shows, where guest chefs create dishes from surprise ingredients (from woman-owned brands) in front of a live audience, and judges guess what’s in the dish. Featuring Chefs Claudette Zepeda, Fatou Ouattara (AKADI), Gabriella Martinez and surprise local PDX judges, this is culinary chaos you won’t want to miss.

Roux is a citywide festival in Portland, featuring pop-up dinners, parties, panels and hands-on experiences highlighting women in food and drink culture.
