Join chef Preeti Mistry for dinner, drinks, and a live recording of their James Beard Award-winning podcast, Loading Dock Talks. Each episode, Preeti talks with guests about food, social justice, and a recipe that is close to their heart. Chef Preeti and the podcast’s production team at Copper and Heat will feature guest chef Gabriella Martinez of Libre to talk about the dessert she created for her grandfather, the “No Me Conoces.”
