Looking for live jazz in Portland that brings real New Orleans soul? Join Reggie Houston’s New Orleans Jazz Brunch at EaT: An Oyster Bar and Southern Kitchen, where legendary music, Southern food, and community vibes come together in perfect harmony every Saturday. Reggie Houston is a true New Orleans jazz legend. He is best known for his 22-year run with Fats Domino and performances alongside icons like Dr. John, Irma Thomas, and The Neville Brothers. Now based in Portland, Reggie leads a powerhouse local band that delivers joyful, danceable, sing-along New Orleans jazz that’ll light up your weekend.

Reggie Houston’s Hot Five:
Reggie Houston (sax)
Russell Gores (drums)
Steve Cleveland (keys)
Patrick Harry (bass)
Russ Miller (guitar)

The vibe is classic and full of life. This is not background jazz. It’s a foot-tapping, head-bobbing, patio-dancing experience. Guest musicians are always welcome to sit in. Bring your horn, your voice, or your groove.
