Painting with Gouache (4-Week Class)

Take a deep dive into painting with gouache in this 4-week workshop in North Portland led by professional illustrator and artist, Mandy Arroyo. Mandy will guide students through techniques for painting with acrylic gouache, developing unique color palettes, simplifying reference photos, adding texture, and playing with pattern. Students will practice painting a range of subjects and come away from class with a portfolio of work ready to share online and continue exploring further in their sketchbook. All levels are welcome in this course—come ready to play and bring your own unique personality to your artwork.
