Celebrate the height of summer and Oregon’s sparkling wine legacy with an unforgettable evening in the Chef’s Garden at The Allison Inn & Spa. Welcome Jackson Holstein, second-generation winegrower and owner of Granville Wine Co., for a seasonal celebration of land, flavor and thoughtful connection.

• A sparkling welcome: garden stroll and tasting featuring several Oregon sparkling wine producers
• A multi-course family-style dinner prepared by JORY’s Chef de Cuisine Andrew Toombs with curated wine pairings from Granville Wine Co. Service starts at 7 p.m.
• Engaging conversation and storytelling with Granville owner and winegrower, Jackson Holstein.
