Embark on a flavorful journey through five diverse Asian regions in this hands-on fermented and pickled veggie class. Discover the art of making kimchi, Vietnamese and Malaysian pickles, and other regional favorites. You’ll create two personalized jars of pickled vegetables to take home and enjoy.
