The following description was submitted by the event organizer.

Love sparkling wine? This is the first time this many Oregon sparkling wine producers have been assembled under one roof, and it’s a great spot to taste over 50 sparkling wines with grapes grown here and made here by Oregon winemakers. There’ll also be exquisite food pairings and wine experts to learn from, all in one afternoon.

All wines featured will be Oregon-made traditional method bubbles with a minimum of 15 months of tirage aging, and 50 traditional method sparkling wines by 22 producers will be assembled under one roof at Domaine Willamette. Founded by Jim and Jan Bernau, the winery biodynamically farms 20 acres of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier in Dundee.

The panel includes Rollin Soles, founder of ROCO Winery and founding winemaker of Argyle Winery; Andrew Davis, founder of the Radiant Sparkling Wine Company; and Kate Payne Brown, head winemaker at Argyle Winery. These pioneers and innovators in Oregon sparkling wine will discuss the evolution of Oregon sparkling wine, its journey ahead and how the industry continues to innovate. Julia Coney, award-winning wine writer, speaker, and consultant based in Washington, D.C. and Houston, Texas, will moderate the panel.
