First added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2009, Crystal Hotel’s nomination was recently renewed, adding an LGBTQ+ designation in recognition of its cultural significance in Portland’s LGBTQ+ community between the late ‘60s and mid ‘80s.

In celebration of the induction and new LGBTQ+ historical site designation, the Crystal Hotel is throwing a ceremony in Pride Plaza. Join an induction ceremony and check out the unveiling of the new National Register of Historic Places plaque. After the ceremony, grab a table on the patio and enjoy a hearty brunch while Poison Waters and Friends entertain.
