The following description was submitted by the event organizer.

Gather around the ‘campfire’ and join a unique weekly, cannabis-friendly sound bath medicine journey. This is an invitation to deepen your connection with yourself and the world around you. Experience the healing power of sound baths, breathwork, meditation, heartfelt conversations, and the cozy glow of a (faux) fire circle. If you’re ready to relax your mind, immerse yourself in soothing vibrations, and build meaningful connections within a like-minded community, you are warmly welcomed.

This sound bath will be a bit different from traditional sessions. It includes interactive elements, such as group sharing, and some activities are new, being explored for future events. Cannabis will be part of the experience, along with other meditative and energy practices that may include yoga nidra, reiki, chanting or mantra, qigong, toning, singing, humming, and pranayama.

During this 120-minute in-person session, you’ll be enveloped in the calming tones of instruments like crystal singing bowls, harmonium, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, drums, and voice. The harmonious blend of sounds creates gentle vibrations that encourage relaxation, inner balance, and a sense of renewal.

Of Note:

  • Arrive on Time: Please arrive promptly to give yourself time to settle in before the session begins.
  • Dress Comfortably: Wear cozy, layered clothing as your body temperature may drop during deep relaxation.
  • Nests: There will be yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets. But if you’d prefer the comfort of your own nest, you are more than welcome to bring your own.
  • Stay Cozy: A shawl or blanket will help you stay warm and comfortable, enhancing your experience.
  • Stay Hydrated: Bring a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated before and after the session.
  • Nourishment: Oranges or other seasonal nourishment will be provided. (If you want to bring snacks for others, it will be appreciated but not expected)
  • BYOS: Bring Your Own Substance (Cannabis). This is a cannabis integrated experience; there will be smoke. Feel free to consume your edibles beforehand in order to align with the start of the session.
  • Other Things – Journal, Crystals or anything you’d like to charge on the mesa, and…readiness to explore your inner world.
