Celebrate coffee from the Pacific Northwest with interactive experiences and educational workshops. Expand your coffee knowledge, celebrate the craft and connect with the coffee community.

• Explore different coffees, roasts and brewing methods. Try everything from single-origin espresso to cold brews and specialty blends.
• Get to know the people behind your coffee and the journey of coffee from seed to cup.
• Learn about the science of coffee roasting and explore different types of roasting machines.
• Explore a variety of food pairings from artisanal pastries and gourmet sandwiches to savory snacks that pair perfectly with coffee.
