Keep it Rolling: Coffee Roaster Maintenance and Fire Safety Workshop

This hands-on workshop is led by the Buckman Coffee Factory education team — a longstanding hub for local business, barista, and roaster training and coffee education in Portland.
This session is designed for coffee roasters of all experience levels. Learn essential preventative maintenance practices, daily and weekly cleaning routines, tool must-haves, and fire safety tips to keep your roaster running safely and efficiently. It is ideal for roastery managers and anyone working behind the machine.

This event is part of Coffee Fest Portland, a two-day trade show for specialty coffee professionals and coffee lovers, coming to the Oregon Convention Center June 12–14, 2025.
