Learn how to pair wine with cheese while noshing and chatting with owner and Advanced Sommelier Stacey Gibson.
Featuring different Oregon wineries for each session. May 14 kicks off with Cooper Mountain Winery. Pair three cheeses and accoutrements with a flight of Cooper Mountain Wines. Each pairing comes with a custom Parallel pairing booklet.
