Pacific NW Pilates (PNWP), Portland’s premier Pilates studio and international certification center, is proud to celebrate its 24th anniversary this May with a week of complimentary studio and online classes, exclusive giveaways, and expert-led events.

This five-day celebration invites newcomers and longtime clients alike to experience PNWP’s signature lifestyle approach to Pilates. Highlights include:

• Free in-studio and online classes, including special themed sessions to support lifelong health and well-being
• Free 30-minute introductory sessions for new clients
• Free 30-minute studio tours and certification Q&As for those curious about teaching Pilates
• A raffle of prizes for every class attended during the week, plus additional entries for submitting a testimonial or referring a friend
• Grand prize raffle includes account credits:
