Each one-day/evening women's retreats invite you to alchemize your deepest feelings into powerful medicine of different archetypes from The Goddess, Feminine Flow, and alchemy of Ancestors to embody art while building confidence, setting bold boundaries, and saying goodbye to your people-pleasing “good girl.” 

What to Expect:

• Community Movement Meditation: Reconnect to your body and community of other femme participants through guided somatic movement, exploring the mind-body connection and unlocking the archetypal energy of the select theme.
• Self-Expression Through Art: Channel your emotions into self-expression during a guided portrait photography session with Lumalia. You'll be gently led to embody your confidence, beauty, and unique essence, capturing the poetry of your transformation.
• Archetype Exploration: Tap into the symbolic wisdom of the selected archetype for each date — exploring themes of personal alchemy, healing deep desires, romanticizing your life, and embracing bold boundaries.
• Outdoor Locations: Weather permitting, a journey to a location throughout Oregon will amplify the theme of the archetype, deepening your connection with nature and the archetypal energy of these powerful themes.

• Flow States | June 26 | Cascade Locks, OR: The healing power of waters, feminine flow, becoming a force to be reckoned with
• The Goddess | September 13 and October 11 | Cascade Locks, OR: Bold confidence, warrior spirits, releasing the good girl, ruling over your internal kingdom
• Ancestors | November 8 | Portland, OR:  Dive into communion with your ancestors (known or unknown, alive or not) to tap into their gifts and support to you with a potluck-style women’s spiritual retreat experience with a vintage party feel.

Each retreat includes a different experience at various locations near Portland, Oregon. Not all retreats include a meal. Travel and lodging are not included for one-day retreats.
