Albariza Wine Bar + Proletariat Butchery

Proletariat Butchery and Albariza Wine invite you to the butcher shop for an evening of meaty goodness and classic yet quirky wines. This event happens every last Thursday of the month, with a new theme of food and wine each month. The event fee gets you all the tapas and your first glass of wine.
- March | Raw: Beef Tartare + Grilled Oysters with Butcher's Butter with Burgundy
- April | Spring Lamb Shawarma with Middle Eastern Wine and Cousins
- May | Hand Carved Prosciutto, Grilled Sobrasada Honey Mahon Sandos with Rioja and Jerez
- June | Grilled Whole Rabbits with Orange Wine/Skin Contact Wine
- July | Suckling Pig with Island Wine and Txakoli
- August | Bistecca Alla Fiorentina with Tuscan Wines
- September | Axis Deer Asador with Barolo, Barbaresco, Brunello
- October | Charred Bones, Fromage de Tête, Guanciale Bites with Loire Valley Gems
- November | Grilled Whole Birds with Beaujolais
- December | Big Ass Steaks, Oysters, Caviar with Champagne and Big Ass Library Wines
