Join Firelight Yoga Studio this summer on select Tuesdays for Gentle Vinyasa Yog. 

How to prepare/what to bring: No need to sign up; just arrive. Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Layers are recommended so you can add or remove them based on the temperature.
