Bûche de Noël Classes

Learn to make the traditional rolled yule log cake but with a more sophisticated flavor and texture and none of those cheesy meringue mushrooms. 100% hands-on and you can take your Bûche de Noël home, wrap it and store it in the freezer until Christmas. Magical,non? Class price includes a signed copy of Modern French Pastry, your bûche de noël and refreshments.
