
Bûche de Noël Classes at Pix Patisserie

Learn to make the traditional rolled yule log cake but with a more sophisticated flavor and texture and none of those cheesy meringue mushrooms. Recipes and techniques include Chocolate Biscuit, Italian Buttercream and Pastry Cream (in the microwave). 100% hands-on, and you can take your Bûche de Noël home, wrap it and store it in the freezer until Christmas. Magical, non?
Tickets include a signed cookbook plus beer, wine and NA beverages during the class. All classes are taught by Cheryl Wakerhauser. All ages are welcome.
