Join the Willamette Falls Symphony for the upcoming February Concert — a wonderful afternoon of music you won’t want to miss. This concert will feature the Youth Concerto Winner, Andy Chin, as he takes the stage for a stunning Elgar’s Cello Concerto in E Minor performance.
