
Chill & Cocoa Yoga in the Park

Fill your body and soul with the magic of the fresh, crisp autumn air while practicing yoga in charming Sellwood Park. This mindful, self-care practice is for people who want to nurture their minds and bodies while in chillax mode – along with a fun twist. It is an all-level yoga practice that focuses on gentle poses and breathing. After the 60-minute class, wrap your hands around hot cocoa and marshmallows (optional) to keep your fingers and hearts warm.
You will need to bring your own yoga mat. A large beach towel or folded blanket will work if you don't have one. Recommended attire: comfortable clothes that have some stretch. Layers are encouraged. You might want to keep your socks on, too.
Meet at 9:45 a.m. on the lawn, just behind the restrooms. Look for someone with a clipboard and sign. The class will start at 10:00 a.m. and will last 60 minutes.
For insurance purposes, ALL who wish to attend must sign a waiver. If you can sign the waiver in advance, that would be super helpful. Be prepared to show the confirmation email. Here’s the link to the waiver: https://carrieasby.com/waiver
Hot cocoa will be served after class to toast, a lovely way to start the day and warm your nose.
