The 2018 Portland Jazz Master, Oregon Music Hall of Fame inductee, bandleader of Art Abrams Swing Machine Big Band, and beloved KMHD DJ, this renowned musician, now in his nineties, still brings the heat and swings with the best. Featuring vocalist LaRhonda Steele and a host of Portland jazz luminaries, The King Machine showcases Art's personally curated selection of Elvis Presley's music played to that big band sound Art has poured his heart, soul, and life into perfecting.
