The fair returns after a three-year hiatus with a live music stage, DJs, vendors, sidewalk sales, and more.

Known for its music stage and all the fun businesses on Clinton Street, this year’s fair will be centered on the intersection of SE 26th and Clinton, with a stage in front of the historic Clinton Street Theater and vendor booths along SE 26th and SE 25th. The non-profit partner is the Jeremy Wilson Foundation, helping members of the music community in times of medical crisis — live music from Pete Krebs, the Catnip Brothers, Thee Montgomery Wards, and Desir.
