Field and Vine Events are known for farm-to-table family-style dining and are teaming up with Douglas Farm and enjoy an incredible dinner at their property.

Welcome to the beautiful harvest season at one of Oregon’s oldest farms. Douglas Farm has been operating on Sauvie’s Island since the 1940s. Touted by locals as one of the best places to pick peaches, Douglas Farm offers an abundance of fresh produce, free-range eggs and local honey.

In 1974, long before Oregon's booming modern wine industry, Laurel Ridge Winery founder David Teppola purchased a 240-acre (97 ha) farm just east of Carlton, Oregon. With its perfect southern exposure, it looked like an excellent future vineyard site. As luck would have it, the farm was in the heart of what is now one of Oregon’s premier wine-growing regions. Their goal is to farm and source the best fruit that Oregon has to offer and to produce wines with minimal influence to highlight and enhance the unique qualities of each varietal, clone and vineyard.

Tim Hohl, founder and brewer of Coin Toss Brewing Co., has been an avid craft beer advocate and home brewer for nearly 20 years. Tim has developed strong roots in Portland’s craft beer community as a radio broadcaster, news reporter and host of the award-winning weekly “Beer Geek” segment on Portland’s KPAM radio station.

Join a 7-course family-style dinner alongside friends, family and neighbors at this incredible location and with even better wine.
