Do Good Ruck March
The following description was submitted by the event organizer.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and Do Good is doing our part to "ruck" and support Veterans' mental health. In the military, a ruck — short for "rucksack" — is a timed march carrying one’s essential gear. Veterans, active duty, and civilian community members continue to load up for ruck marches to raise awareness or remember fallen friends and colleagues.
Come and show your support on Memorial Day. There are 3, 6, and 12-mile routes available. Join the Do Good Annual Ruck March for Veterans' Mental Health.
