Oregon Symphony Presents Open Music, an Intimate Concert Experience

Oregon Symphony launches its new Open Music series with a concert that orbits the mind of composer, violist, and local hero, Kenji Bunch, whose new fanfare, Time In, opens the symphony’s 125th Anniversary season. This new series introduces audiences to famed classical composers in an intimate setting and weaves together live performance and conversation for an unforgettable evening. You’ll hear music that inspires Kenji – from generations past, present, and future—in addition to some of his own work, all performed by musicians of the Oregon Symphony. Reflecting Bunch’s tendency toward musical omnivorousness, the evening will run the stylistic gamut from Brahms and Bartòk to Morton Feldman and everything in between!
