Come join and celebrate the official release of Fat, Flavor, & Russian Flair; 25 Recipes From A First-Generation Russian-American. A book launch, signing, and party all rolled into one.
The hardback version of the cookbook will be available for a limited price of $28; stop by to purchase, get a copy signed, and a photo with the author. There will also be a giveaway for a free copy of the book as well as a brand new cast-iron skillet,
This is a come-and-go event that will have free Russian hors-d'oeuvres, desserts, and drinks as well as some small-batch goods for sale. Support a local home cook/ author and get exposed to a new cuisine.
