This February, warm up and show some love to Portland’s restaurant community with Dumpling Week. Now in its 12th year, the citywide celebration brings Portlanders together to explore dumplings in every form, savory and sweet, steamed and fried, at restaurants across town. Participating restaurants will serve up special dumplings unavailable on their regular menus for dining in, take-out and/or delivery.
