The following description was submitted by the event organizer.

Gather for a procession for those who want to steadily lift their energy to a state of laughter, spinning, and dance.

Join your friends from Risk of Change for an illuminated evening stroll to take in the many installations of the Festival while bringing light and joy to all we encounter. We will gather outside the World Trade Center Plaza on Salmon Street. At 7:00 p.m. we will depart on our stroll through the festival and around Pioneer Courthouse Square to end at Director Park.
What to bring: Illuminated Costumes, Giant Puppets, lanterns, simple, colorful flags and lit objects of all kinds are encouraged. We will be wearing ghostly and flowing white outfits that move as we process and dance our way through the event. You are encouraged to dress up, too.
We'll be graced with the amazing music of Portland Samba to set the tone for our adventure.
We hope you will join us for this magical stroll.
