"Geghis Barbie, the premiere “post-post-feminist all-female horn experience,” is a quartet of orchestral horn players known for sporting stage names such as "Attilla the Horn" and "Alpine Barbie," along with for playing vivid, creatively faithful reimaginings of popular songs by the likes of David Bowie and the Eurythmics. Local music organization Third Angle brings the New York group to town for two nights of brass rock and contemporary classical music. If you haven’t heard four horns playing “Sweet Dreams,” have you truly lived?" – Oregon Arts Watch
