Winter Solstice Ceremony

The Winter Solstice welcomes us as the shortest day on the wheel of the year, and the longest night. Studio PDX will be hosting a ceremony that will move through themes of shedding/releasing, opening to divine receptivity and connecting to and cultivating inner light. As a group, participants will journey through a series of relaxing and joyful activities, aimed at activating individual capacities for self-healing, creativity and magic. You will discuss the energies of the Solstice and the astrology of the moment, create space for group discussion, share intentions for the New Year and connect to the divine through meditation, dance and song.
