Breadmaking is an intrinsically mindful, meditative process. Stretch and Fold unites the nourishing and restorative power of yoga, meditation and baking.
During the day's two breadmaking sessions, you will root your attention in the moment and immerse your senses in kneading, shaping and baking. Add in a grounding yoga practice and a calming meditation session, and you have a recipe for slowing down and cultivating mindful peace and joy for the upcoming season.
At the end of the day, you'll take home your own freshly baked baguettes, along with your own bread dough to slow-rise, shape and bake at home, and a sourdough starter that you can use for your own baking projects.
