Learn the traditions of tea in China.

In China there is more to tea than a drink, you will come to know some of the history and culture surrounding this warm beverage of choice. Together we will experience the beauty of Chinese teas. You will learn about traditional ways of brewing, including the use of GongFu. 

Pearl was born in Guangzhou, one of the larger cities in Guangdong Province of China. Guangzhou is a cultural exchange city that integrates tea and art. People start their daily work and life by drinking tea.

Since she was very young, Pearl has enjoyed drinking tea. She has been in the United States for 28 years and enjoys bringing China's tea culture into the daily lives of those around her. Together with her husband, she has opened Red Robe Tea House & Cafe where customers can enjoy representative teas of China and learn more about the tea culture.
